These terms govern your use of cypress-module.digital. By reading here you accept them; they are deliberately short because the operation behind them is deliberately small.

What this site is

Cypress Investment Research Co., Ltd. (UBN 41160796, representative: Huang Hui-Ling, No. 102, Sec. 4, Zhongxiao E. Rd., Da’an Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan) publishes free editorial and informational articles about the role of AI in investment — specifically portfolio diversification and correlation analysis. The site offers inquiries only: you may ask the desk questions about its published material, methods and sources. Nothing is sold on or through this site — no subscriptions, no services, no bookings, no deposits, no paid tiers.

What this site is not

This site is not an investment service of any kind. In particular:

• The content is general information and commentary, not personalised investment advice, and is not tailored to you or to any portfolio.
• The desk does not recommend the purchase or sale of any security, does not manage or hold funds, does not open accounts, and does not execute, intermediate or custody transactions of any kind.
• Cypress Investment Research is not a securities investment trust or consulting enterprise under Taiwan’s Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Act and does not hold itself out as licensed to render such services.
• Nothing on this site is a solicitation, offer or advertisement to buy or sell any financial product. If a sentence ever reads like one, that is a failure of wording, and we would welcome the correction.

Accuracy and sources

Articles name their methods, data windows and sources, and mark speculation as speculation. Even so, no warranty is given for the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any content, and the desk accepts no liability for actions taken on the basis of editorial reading. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to impair the site, submit inquiries that are unlawful, abusive or fabricated, or use the inquiry channel as a delivery mechanism for anything other than an inquiry. The desk deletes spam and does not reply to it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory Taiwanese law, the desk’s liability arising from use of this site is limited to direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes fall to the competent courts of Taipei City, unless mandatory Consumer Protection Act rules grant you a different forum, in which case those rules prevail for you as a consumer.
